CEP
SaskCouncil is an administrative body which coordinates the activities of
Locals 1-S, 2-S and 3, which are the three Locals representing inscope
workers at SaskTel. In particular, SaskCouncil directs and coordinates
matters pertaining to bargaining, and also elects CEP representatives to
various board positions. SaskCouncil normally meets three times
annually, usually in February, June and October of each year.
