CEP SaskCouncil is an administrative body which coordinates the activities of Locals 1-S, 2-S and 3, which are the three Locals representing inscope workers at SaskTel.  In particular, SaskCouncil directs and coordinates matters pertaining to bargaining, and also elects CEP representatives to various board positions.  SaskCouncil normally meets three times annually, usually in February, June and October of each year. The SaskCouncil body consists of: The three officers of SaskCouncil:  Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer The three Local presidents Three voting delegates from each Local Three SaskCouncil bargaining committee representatives CEP National Representative
